The first day, Monday 25th August, of the Aevum Living Koala Open Singles was played at Port City BC under ideal conditions on free running greens with comfortable temperatures during the day.
Day 1 featured 48 players in 12 sections of 4. Sectional winners are decided on wins plus margins and the winners progress to further sectional play on Wednesday.
